FAQ

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your item for up to 30 days from the time it was shipped. We will refund 100% of the item's purchase price.  All we ask is that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and still has all its labels attached. Unfortunately we cannot offer this policy on any items on sale or to our wholesale customers at this time.



 

How can I track my order?

Your tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the shipment of your products. If you donít receive an email, please check your junk mail as many times our emails are filtered out by many email services (especially Yahoo!). You can always call us if you have any questions.



What brands do you carry?

We offer chef apparel and cooking uniforms from White Swan, Uncommon Threads, and Cherokee. As well as restaurant and kitchen shoes from Cherokee, Landau, Avia, and K-Swiss.



Can I personalize an item?

We offer custom embroidery and screen-printing on any of our uniform products. You can had script and block writing embroidery to our products directly on the product pages.  If you are interested in adding a logo, let us know! We can even help with logo design.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately we cannot ship all of our products to PO boxes. Our standard delivery method is UPS ground. If you have a special need please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do ship to any address within the 50 United States. The shipping address does not have to be your billing address, so you can send uniforms to a friend!



Do you ship outside of the US?

Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the United States. This includes Canada.



Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes! Chefadoo is proud to ship any chef coats, restaurant uniforms or kitchen shoes to Alaska and Hawaii.



Do you ship to PR?

At this time we are unable to ship our chef coats or other restaurant apparel to Puerto Rico.



Do you sell gift cards?

Chefadoo does sell gift cards. They are a perfect gift for the hard-to-shop-for chef on your list. Call us toll free at 877.947.3077 or send us an email to get more information about gift cards.



Where are you located?

We are headquartered in downtown Minneapolis, MN.



Do you have a physical storefront?

At this time, we do not have any retail stores. We currently conduct all our sales from our online store or by phone and then ship them out to you. We are happy to speak with you about any concerns you may have about ordering online or over the phone!



Are you a US-based company?

We are proud to be a 100% American-owned company! In fact, all of our employees are currently located in the U.S.


 


Where do I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be automatically emailed to you as soon as you complete your online purchase. If you don't see it, check your junk mail! You can also log back into your account and view/print your invoice at any time.



Is my information secure?

Your information is secure. Under no circumstances will we ever share your personal details with anyone else. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Please visit our

Am I charged anything to exchange an item?

No, if you do not get the right chef apparel the first time you can exchange everything free of charge. We are happy to get you the right uniforms no matter what. We offer a risk-free shopping experience!



Are there re-stocking fees?

No, we never charge our customers to re-stock. Your return really is 100% be free of charge.  We aren't kidding! The only thing we do not offer is a refund on any shipping costs.



How do I reset my password?

All you have to do is click on our password re-set option and follow the instructions. A new password will be emailed to the address we have on file for your account. If you don't see the email you may want to check your junk mail. You can always call us for help!
